Introduced in 1986, the Black Watch 30 was highly regarded among serious anglers for her extraordinary handling abilities, handsome profile and high-tech construction. Her balsa-cored deep -V hull earns a great reputation for good handling and safekeeping characteristics and with nearly 11 feet of beam she's a stable platform at trolling speeds. The deck layout of the 30 Sportfisherman is dedicated to serious fishing activities and her large unobstructed cockpit is set low to the water with a pair of removable fish boxes built into the cockpit sole. Engine boxes provide access to engines while serving as convenient seating to watch the baits. Inside; the cabin accommodations provide berths for four, an enclosed head with shower, storage lockers and an efficient galley area. Visibility from the well-designed helm is excellent in all directions. The Jacquelynne Rose features twin Crusader 454 Gas engines with cruise speeds averaging mid 20's to top end at low to mid 30's.
